Our office disburses money to creditors twice a month. Detailed receipt history, disbursement history and claim information is available on this website. If there are funds available in a case for more than 45 days, and you wish to inquire why the money is not being disbursed in a confirmed case, please fax your inquiry to 865-524-4997

Our office reviews cases for delinquencies daily and the website will reflect if a Motion to Dismiss is pending. Due to our caseload a case that appears delinquent may not be set for dismissal immediately Please allow the Trustee sufficient time to process before contacting the Trustee's Office.
