Plan payments should be made payable to Chapter 13 Trustee and mailed to Chapter 13 Trustee, P.O. Box 59030, Knoxville, TN 37950-9030.
NO CHECKS or PAYMENTS should be sent to the Chapter 13 Trustee Office. Please note that the Trustee's office WILL NOT TAKE YOUR PAYMENTS AT THE OFFICE and the payment box in the parking lot has been removed as of June 1, 2023.
NOTICE REGARDING MEETINGS OF CREDITORS - HELD AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2023 - FOR THE NORTHERN AND NORTHEASTERN DIVISIONS OF THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE
Chapter 13 meetings of creditors for the Northern and Northeastern Divisions will be held by Zoom web conferencing. At least ten minutes prior to the meeting set out on the notice, join the meeting online by clicking:

Debtor Participation
Each debtor is required to appear on video via Zoom at the meeting of creditors on the date and time set forth on the notice of meeting for the purpose of being examined under oath. There will NOT be an option for the debtor to appear in person or by telephone unless the United States Trustee grants speci?c approval for an exceptional circumstance.
Debtors Represented by Counsel
AT LEAST A WEEK prior to the meeting, contact your attorney to coordinate the logistics of appearing at the meeting and the submission of your required documents, such as government issued picture identi?cation and identi?cation of social security number. Approved photo identi?cation documents and social security number documents must be submitted to the trustee via the attorney portal more than 48 hours before the meeting of creditors. If this information is not timely submitted, the Trustee may continue the meeting or ?le an objection to con?rmation.
Pro Se Debtors (those without an attorney)
AT LEAST A WEEK before the meeting, pro se debtors must contact the Chapter 13 Trustee’s O?ce to coordinate presentation of their government issued picture identi?cation and identi?cation of their social security number.
Creditor Participation
Creditors that elect to participate in the scheduled meeting of creditors must attend via Zoom web conferencing or telephone (865-224-6307). There is no option for creditors to appear in person. The meeting may be continued or adjourned from time to time by notice via announcement at the meeting, without further written notice.
